Robust Booking Management

There are two ways to create a booking in HireLogic, via the dashboard (the New Transaction button in the top right), or from the customers profile. Using both these methods will creata a new booking in draft mode. Once you have added your items, costings and any transport jobs required to delivery and collect the equipment, you can then send it to your customer as a quote from directly within HireLogic.
When you send it to the customer, you can also request a deposit before the booking can be confirmed. The customer receives an email with the booking details and is asked to confirm it or reject it. When they do you get an email notifying you of the confirmed booking.
Of course, the quotation step can be skipped. For trusted customers you can go straight to the confirmed booking stage.
When it is time for the rental to go live, converting to a rental contract is as simple as clicking a button and confirming the equipment on the contract. Or if there is a delivery job associated with the booking, when the driver marks the job as delivered, the contract is automatically created.
