What is a transaction?

A transaction is a booking, or hire contract is counted as a single transaction - the individual products on the booking or contract are not counted.

What if I go over my transaction limit?

Your account can grow with you. When you require more transactions, we will contact you to let you know first, you will not be prevented from hiring more items.

Do I need to invest in a new computer to use HireLogic?

No. HireLogic is a web application, which means you can access it on any device with a web browser, like your smart phone or tablet, as well as laptops and desktop PC’s. We recommend using a destop PC or laptop, even the most basic should be able to comfortably run HireLogic.

What's the setup process like?

Once you get logged in, you can get started straight away by adding products and customers, and creating hires and bookings. We can help you get both your products and customers added in bulk by importing a spreadsheet.

Is there additional costs for support?

There are no hidden costs, your monthly payment gives you immediate access to our support team via email, live chat. or telephone.

If HireLogic doesn't meet my needs, can I cancel my subscription?

We hope this never happens, but we recognise our software may not be suitable for all usecases. You can cancel at any time, but please reach out to us first and give us your feedback.
